1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

Small items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt.
After 15 days from purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Special, catalog, and custom orders (unless damaged)
Mattresses
Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items

1.3 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
2. SPECIAL, CATALOG, AND CUSTOM ORDERS

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.
If damaged, the order will be repaired or exchanged.
Any damage must be claimed upon delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise before signing the delivery form.

3. RETURN PROCESS

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

7. SHIPPING

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location.
